Scotland + Venice Professional Development Programme Opportunity announced
Scotland + Venice and Scottish Contemporary Art Network (SCAN) are looking for one Exhibition Assistant (for four weeks) and one Senior Exhibition Assistant (for ten weeks) to join the team taking part in the Scotland + Venice Professional Development Programme (PDP), for the Venice Biennale between May and November 2019.
This opportunity aims to encourage and support diversity in the visual arts sector, and you do not have to have a formal education within the arts to apply. It is fully funded, and participants will receive a fixed fee for taking part, along with relevant training, hands-on work experience and creative skills development.
We welcome applications from people aged 18 and over who can demonstrate their interest in pursuing a career in the visual arts in Scotland. Please note that students are not eligible for these places on the programme. You do not need to have a further/higher or degree level qualification in the arts to apply.
